How's your Sunday? I go outside for the first time in a while!

Hello, 

I've just posted a new video yesterday about my birthday. GO CHECK IT OUT HERE.

It will be my mom's birthday tomorrow. I went to the shopping centre with my siblings yesterday. It's been a while since I go anywhere outside. I took "staying-at-home" very seriously.

 For the past year, I only get out for important things like taking my cats to the vet. So yesterday I went to buy mom's a gift cause that's an important thing to do. I needed something to give to Mom to show that we (me and my siblings) are thankful for her. I know nothing can really show how much we really are thankful for her but still, a gift would be wonderful. 

We already discussed with my dad what to buy for mom the day before so I thought we go there, but that 'thing' (Of course, I can't tell what it is yet. My mom might be reading my blog) and go home again but when we got there I got distracted (in Kaison) seeing lots pretty notebooks, pens, plushies and more so we end up spending more than an hour there. 

I know I have thousands of notebooks and pens already at home. And I just got a new sloth plushie on my birthday but I just love having a look around Kaison. The place is amazing!

The only reason I don't like going out yesterday is because people don't really social distancing and that drives me crazy! My sister always said I have a fear of germs XD

Okay! Anyways...

That's all we did at the shopping centre. I spent like probably less than an hour there, usually, I would be there for hours. And on the way back to our house, my brother's a little lost with his map or something so we go round the same spot a couple of times before we finally reached home.

Then at home, I didn't do much stuff. I have a meet with my friends and then eat and going to class. 

At night I watched the Disney movie 'SOUL' with my siblings. 

And that's it! I'm going to stop writing now. It's almost 12am already!

Lemon & Blueberry Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting Recipe | I'm Nuz

My little sister, Nuz just upload a new video of her making my birthday cake and ask me to put the recipe on my blog sooo...

Here is the recipe

Ingredients :

3 cups Flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt

1cup/230g Butter (softened)
11/4 cup granulated sugar (Nuz only use 1cup)
1/2 brown sugar
4 eggs
1tbsp vanilla essence
1 cup buttermilk

Lemon Zest
Lemon Juice
Blueberries

Instruction :

Sift the flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.

In another bowl, mix the butter for about a minute.

Pour in the sugars (granulated and brown) and then mix for about 2 minutes.

Mix in the eggs and vanilla

Put in the flour mix little by little and mix them well at low speed.

Pour in the milk.

Scrap the mixture using the spatula and mix in the lemon zest, lemon juice, and blueberries.

Put the batter in a pan and bake for 30 - 45minutes.

For the Cream Cheese Frosting :

8oz/226gram Cream Cheese

1/2/113gram Butter

1 tsp vanilla

1/4 tsp salt

4 cups powdered Sugar

Mix the butter and cream cheese

Pour in the salt and vanilla

Put in the powdered sugar little by little

Then Frost the cake!!

It is my birthday today (21st March).

We did not go out or anything since there's still Covid. 

I helped my little sister baked the cake in the morning and then she helped mom make some Brownies Donut (or Donies) 

Then we celebrated at dinner.

Making Brownies!! | The Melted Butter

Someone ordered brownies from the Melted Butter yesterday. 

So we have to make 10 brownies and pack them like this.

It's been a while since I last make a brownie so it was fun even though it is really tiring. 

There are a few of the brownies that did not turn out so well so we have to make another to replace those.

But none of them goes to waste because my siblings finished them.😅

Also, we have a new assistant now. 

Having a new assistant usually helps make things quicker but if the assistant is your (almost) 2 year old brother, that makes things slower 😅

Opening penpal letter from my friend. I received this letter in November 2020 I think but here's the video anyway.

BTW, It's my brother's birthday yesterday (13 March) but we don't celebrate much really, we just gave him a plant and dumbbell set cause that's what he been wanting to have.

I'm just started a YouTube channel!!! I It's LN

Hello!

I have just starting to make a YouTube channel. Actually, I've made this channel years ago and have posted a few videos (which is kind of embarrassing so I switch it to private😅) 

Now there are only a few videos there so I decided to start making YouTube videos again since it's quarantine time and I have nothing to do anyway (nothing except having lots of classes and assignments to do...lol) 

I have already posted a few videos on my channel already and I don't know what happened it's all gone so I needed to find the videos back and will post them again

I will be posting the videos every Sunday starting from 14 March. 

On the YouTube channel, I will just be posting random things like baking/cooking tutorials, painting, games, and other things.
