Welcoming Ramadan!

 

As you know, Ramadan is very near now! I have set some goals for this year Ramadan and wrote them in my bujo (bullet journal). This is exciting. Ramadan will be on 13 April, which means tomorrow (12 April) is the last day before Ramadan. It is almost 12am right now though so technically it will be 12 April soon. My mom asks me to make menus on what to cook for Sahur and Iftar but I have no idea at all now. 

I don't know if we'll be making 'kuih raya' this year. We have a super helpful (almost) two years old helping so making 'kuih' will take a longer time.

I have published a new video today. Playing Minecraft with my siblings. They (Aydinfinity & Nuz) always forcing me to play Minecraft or Among Us or whatever other games they're playing but I either ignored them or told them to go study so they always end up just playing with each other. Anyways I do play with them sometimes because I'm not mean 😆

Today for breakfast, we had some hash browns, sausages and scrambled eggs (English breakfast).

We are already full eating breakfast so we didn't cook any lunches today. After lunch, I tried to continue the story I'm currently writing but my mind just goes blank earlier and the story seems kinda dull so I abandoned that one and started writing another story. I always do that. I can never finish one story at a time. 😣

That I helped my mom make Butterscotch and pecan Biscotti for tea time. Delicious! 😋

What I did on 4 April 2021

I basically did nothing until 3pm when I have to accompany my sister to her dance class. Then after she's done at 4:30pm, I continued doing nothing again. :)

That's why sometimes I have no idea what to write in my bujo. I am trying to write a story now though but... The story I wrote is different than the story I'm trying to write. That may sound a bit weird but I found a picture on Pinterest that shows exactly that but I can't seem to find it now. Feel free to go to my Pinterest to look for it HERE.  hahahah

I used to have a murder board (for writing murders) on my Pinterest but some people may get the wrong idea so I merge that board with my writing board. Now it's a section under my writing board but my sister said that just a disguise. Seriously, I am NOT planning a murder. 

Then, my sister, I'm Nuz has a dance class at 3pm. I accompanied her there because it's her first class. She really loves dancing since she was a baby. I have a lot of videos of her dancing, I can post it here but I don't think she would approve of that. I've attached a few photos of her... hehehehehhhehheh

Then I have a class from 8:30pm until 9:30pm. That's basically all I did yesterday.

Hello, 

I've just posted a new video yesterday about my birthday. GO CHECK IT OUT HERE.

It will be my mom's birthday tomorrow. I went to the shopping centre with my siblings yesterday. It's been a while since I go anywhere outside. I took "staying-at-home" very seriously.

 For the past year, I only get out for important things like taking my cats to the vet. So yesterday I went to buy mom's a gift cause that's an important thing to do. I needed something to give to Mom to show that we (me and my siblings) are thankful for her. I know nothing can really show how much we really are thankful for her but still, a gift would be wonderful. 

We already discussed with my dad what to buy for mom the day before so I thought we go there, but that 'thing' (Of course, I can't tell what it is yet. My mom might be reading my blog) and go home again but when we got there I got distracted (in Kaison) seeing lots pretty notebooks, pens, plushies and more so we end up spending more than an hour there. 

I know I have thousands of notebooks and pens already at home. And I just got a new sloth plushie on my birthday but I just love having a look around Kaison. The place is amazing!

The only reason I don't like going out yesterday is because people don't really social distancing and that drives me crazy! My sister always said I have a fear of germs XD

Okay! Anyways...

That's all we did at the shopping centre. I spent like probably less than an hour there, usually, I would be there for hours. And on the way back to our house, my brother's a little lost with his map or something so we go round the same spot a couple of times before we finally reached home.

Then at home, I didn't do much stuff. I have a meet with my friends and then eat and going to class. 

At night I watched the Disney movie 'SOUL' with my siblings. 

And that's it! I'm going to stop writing now. It's almost 12am already!

Lemon & Blueberry Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting Recipe | I'm Nuz

My little sister, Nuz just upload a new video of her making my birthday cake and ask me to put the recipe on my blog sooo...

Here is the recipe

Ingredients :

3 cups Flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt

1cup/230g Butter (softened)
11/4 cup granulated sugar (Nuz only use 1cup)
1/2 brown sugar
4 eggs
1tbsp vanilla essence
1 cup buttermilk

Lemon Zest
Lemon Juice
Blueberries

Instruction :

Sift the flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.

In another bowl, mix the butter for about a minute.

Pour in the sugars (granulated and brown) and then mix for about 2 minutes.

Mix in the eggs and vanilla

Put in the flour mix little by little and mix them well at low speed.

Pour in the milk.

Scrap the mixture using the spatula and mix in the lemon zest, lemon juice, and blueberries.

Put the batter in a pan and bake for 30 - 45minutes.

For the Cream Cheese Frosting :

8oz/226gram Cream Cheese

1/2/113gram Butter

1 tsp vanilla

1/4 tsp salt

4 cups powdered Sugar

Mix the butter and cream cheese

Pour in the salt and vanilla

Put in the powdered sugar little by little

Then Frost the cake!!

It's my birthday!!!

It is my birthday today (21st March).

I will post a video about my birthday next Sunday.

 It's a lemon and blueberries cake with cream cheese frosting. 😋🎂

We did not go out or anything since there's still Covid. 

I helped my little sister baked the cake in the morning and then she helped mom make some Brownies Donut (or Donies) 

Then we celebrated at dinner.

There are a lot of gifts.
